First Visit Experience
Has it been a while since you went to the dentist? Maybe you’re new in town? Do you just not have a family dentist? Whatever your reason, we’re happy you are considering having your family join the Weiss Dental family. We know how much of a hassle it can be to become a new patient and we do our best to reduce this stress. Weiss Dental is open Monday through Thursday, but if an appointment on a Friday is ideal for you, Dr. Jack is always willing to make accommodations on what he likes to call “the sacred day of dentists!” Check out our Contact Us page for our office hours.
New Patient Forms
For starters, you know those new patient forms that take forever to fill out when you come in for a first appointment? We have all of our new patient forms available online so you can print these forms at home and fill them out in advance. Just be sure to bring them – and any insurance information – with you when you come in for your first appointment.

You’ll notice right away that our office is as comfortable as your own home. We don’t like that clinical feel, and we’re sure, you don’t either. Sit back and relax and your first appointment will start in no time.
Payment Options and Insurance
Once you are settled into our comfortable dental chair, we’ll do a comprehensive first exam and discuss a treatment plan for any issues. We will find the best solution that works for your particular needs as well as your personal budget. We accept most dental insurances and we offer up to 12 months of interest-free financing. We will work with you and with your insurance to find the best possible solution for any dental issues, without breaking the bank.
